Cancellation Policy

After requesting a booking, we will contact you with confirmation. Our team will contact you up to an hour before meeting to let you know we're on our way. If we have availability open up we may also contact you to move you up on our schedule. If we arrive on site and no one is there, we will wait 15 minutes before leaving. Please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can also call to check for sooner availability. All of our estimates are free. No charge for scheduling or canceling appointments.
